Anesthesiology Locums Job in Pennsylvania | Day Shift + Call | Beginning August 10 - Ongoing | Assignment #115834
Coverage Details
-- Day Shift: 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
-- Assignment Duration: 26 weeks
Call Details
-- Weeknight call (pager) required
-- Weekend call (pager) preferred
Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
-- Willing to obtain state license if needed
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Pre-anesthesia assessment
-- Patient consent verification
-- Discuss anesthetic options and risks
-- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
-- Monitoring patient physiological condition
-- Clinical intervention performance as needed
Assignment Details
-- Case types: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics
-- 6 Anesthesia rooms
-- MD supervision of CRNAs required
-- MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 3 or 1 to 2
-- MDs do not perform their own cases
-- Case types include general, ortho, OB, and pediatrics
-- Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
-- EMR: Epic
