Emergency Medicine NP Locums Job in Montana | 12 Shifts/Month | Beginning June 15 - Ongoing | Assignment #115159
Coverage Details
-- 12 shifts per month
-- 12-hour shifts
-- 11:00 am – 11:00 pm in the Emergency Department
-- Will be on shift with physician
— Duration of Assignment: 3-6 months
Requirements
-- Board Certified PA
-- Emergency Department experience required
-- Montana license preferred but not required
-- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
-- Must have ED experience
-- Experience in independent management of all levels of ED patients with physician back-up, leading codes, and intubation
Assignment Details
-- Coverage reason: Full-time APP vacancy in the ED
-- ED averages 50 patients in a 24-hour period
-- Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
-- Support staff includes RN, NP/PA, physician, and ED tech
-- Facility Trauma Level: Level III
-- Supervision: On shift with physician
-- EMR: Epic
