We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a unique, independent primary care practice focused on providing comprehensive, preventative care. The practice takes a holistic approach to health and emphasizes four key pillars: Nutrition, Exercise, Happiness, and Sleep.

Position Highlights
--Start Date: Fall or later – flexible for the right candidate
--Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM open to 4 days a week
--Patient Volume: Approximately 16–18 PPD / 2 patients per hour
--Practice Focus: Bread-and-butter Family Medicine / Primary Care
--Position Type: Locums-to-permanent or straight permanent
