Shift Details
-- Day shift (6:45am-6:45pm) or Night shift (6:45pm - 6:45am)
-- Monday through Friday coverage is most needed but open to 7 days a week
-- Flexible scheduling for days or nights

Requirements
-- NNP with Neonatal Fellowship
-- 3-5 years of experience
-- Open to candidates outside of Michigan

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Intubation
-- Umbilical lines
-- Chest tubes
-- Needle aspirations
-- Lumbar puncture
-- PICC lines
-- Familiarity with a Level IV NICU
-- Ability to multitask and manage a large patient load
-- ECMO experience required

Assignment Details
-- Inpatient setting
-- Approximately 6-12 shifts per week available, with 24 shifts per month needing coverage
-- Responsible for neonatal transports throughout surrounding areas
-- Daily census of approximately 100 patients, with volumes up to 120 patients
-- Support on day shift includes 4 MDs and 3 APPs
-- Support on night shift includes 2 NNPs and 1 MD
-- Trauma Level IV facility
-- Attend deliveries as part of the role
-- Ground and flight transport experience is beneficial
-- A neonatologist is always on site and will assist with ECMO cases
