Description
Hematology/Oncology PA/NP Locums Job in Arizona Dates of coverage: Starting as soon as November 3rd and ongoing for long term coverage. Details/Requirements:
--Tuesday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm
--Outpatient coverage
--Mainly benign hematology, few oncology patients who are just being monitored for recurrence
--Seeking candidates who can manage benign hematology conditions
--Average of 12 patients per day. 30 minutes for appointments and follow up's
--No procedures
--Support Staff: personal MA, scheduler, case manager, referrals coordinator, admitting staff, clinical trials nurse, navigation nurses, infusion nurses, pharmacists on site, remote dietician, authorizations staff, oral medications staff, LNA
--Active Arizona licensure required
--DEA required
--BLS certification required
--Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology required
--Tumor boards: 12-1 on first and third Tuesdays of the month- able to present cases
