-- January 4th - 8th (clinic only)
-- January 11th - 15th (clinic only)
-- January 25th - 31st (clinic and night call + 24-hour call on 30th and 31st)
-- February 1st - 5th (clinic only)
-- February 8th - 12th clinic only)
-- February 15th - 21st (clinic and night call + 24-hour call on 20th and 21st)
-- February 22nd - 28th (clinic and night call + 24-hour call on 27th and 28th)
-- March 15th - 19th (clinic only)
-- April 19th - 25th (clinic and night call + 24-hour call on 24th and 25th)

Shift Details
-- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
-- 5 clinic days per week (8am-5pm) + night call
-- 24-hour call on the weekend before or after the scheduled week
-- Patient contact hours: 6
Requirements
-- Active Iowa License or IMLC
-- Board Certified in Oncology with Hematology/Oncology experience
-- Fellowship trained in Hematology/Oncology
-- Provider must be willing to work at a primary and second
