-- Practice setting: Surgical center (endoscopy)
-- Endoscopy-related procedures required
-- Support staff includes CRNAs
-- Provider will work independently
-- 3 operating rooms
-- Adult patient population only
-- OB not required
-- 1 anesthesiologist currently in practice
