- Separate on-call team minimizes after-hours responsibilities
- Coverage limited to one or two skilled nursing facilities per day
- Manageable patient census of 16 - 18 patients per day
- No procedures or independent ventilator management required
- Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows
- Physician-led group dedicated to quality post-acute care in Oregon
- Board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatrics
