• Join 1 provider in the group for the clinic but they have 7 total that take call and deliver.

• Call schedule = Restricted and unrestricted call, they must come into the hospital as they do not have a hospitalist group.
• No robotics currently but they are reviewing
• How many patients seen on average per day? Clinic 25-35 patients per day, inpatient depends on volumes.
• Why is this position open? Have lost 2 providers over the last 3 years in the clinics.
• What is the salary range? $360,000-$400,000
• How long is the salary guaranteed for? Looking at 2 years base compensation and then strictly WRVU model
• Is there a production bonus system and what is this based off? WRVU model for all productivity, surgeries, visit, etc..
• Is there a sign-on bonus and relocation offered? Yes both.
• What is the amount of PTO and CME time? 4 weeks’ vacation, 1 week of CME
• Is there a CME allowance? Yes, $3,000 per year.
• What EMR do you use? Quadramed and Eclinical works, moving into Cerner in April 2024
• Is student loan repayment available and from what programs? HRSA
