Hospital Pharmacist | $120K–$135K | Kentucky

If you're looking for hospital pharmacy without the typical nights and weekends, this is a rare opportunity to join a smaller Kentucky hospital where pharmacists are genuinely involved in patient care. You'll have a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, experienced technician support, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to help grow oncology and other pharmacy services.

Position Details

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• No nights or weekends
• No call requirement; established call coverage is in place
• Typical inpatient census of approximately 8–16 patients
• Hands-on medication review, reconciliation and clinical recommendations
• Help develop growing oncology, chemotherapy and immunotherapy services
• Two experienced full-time pharmacy technicians provide daily support
• Integrated Cerner EMR and TouchPoint/MedDispense automated dispensing

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000–$135,000
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • $2,500 after six months
  • $2,500 after one year
• $5,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Pharmacist license in good standing
• Ability to become licensed to practice in Kentucky
• Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred, not required
• Strong pharmacology and drug-therapeutics knowledge
• Ability to work safely and independently
• Strong communication with physicians, nurses and pharmacy staff
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Oncology, sterile compounding and Cerner experience are helpful but not required
