What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care in a med-surg step-down unit (PCU) setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans
- Document patient information accurately and promptly
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism
- Support patient and family education efforts
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license or ability to obtain
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a step-down/med-surg setting
Preferred:
- Previous experience in PCU or similar critical care units
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
