What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and care for telemetry patients in a Progressive Care Unit environment
- Provide high-quality bedside care and patient assessments
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic electronic health records
- Float within Ohio State University (OSU) facilities as required
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- 1+ years of recent experience in a step-down or telemetry unit
- Ability to pass the telemetry test
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
