What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient interactions accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Float within the OSU as needed and participate in call duties as scheduled
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or step-down experience
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible within required float and call schedules
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
