Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Sterilize surgical instruments and supplies using sterilizer, Sterrad, ultrasonic, and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sterilization areas
- Track sterilized items in CensiTrac system accurately
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies
- Assist in preparing sterilized instruments for upcoming procedures
- Support the surgical team as needed with sterilization supplies and equipment readiness
- Participate in emergency response activities as assigned or required
What You Need:
Required:
- CRCST or CSPDT certification
- At least 3 years of hospital-level sterilization experience (Level I or II)
- Proficiency with CensiTrac system and sterilization equipment (Sterrad, CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed)
- Ability to work a mid-shift schedule and adapt to emergency team assignments
Preferred:
- Experience working in fast-paced surgical environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
