Monday-Friday
Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Full-Time Availability Preferred
Minimum Availability: 3 Consistent Weekdays Per Week
Weekday Coverage Only
No Inpatient Coverage
No Night Call
No Weekend Call
No Holiday Coverage
Provider May Rotate Among Three Outpatient Locations
Provider Will Work at Only One Location Per Day
Schedule and Site Rotation Will Be Coordinated in Advance Based on Operational Needs and Provider Availability

New Patients Per Day: Approximately 3-5

Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate and Manage New and Established General Neurology Patients
Provide Adult and Geriatric Neurology Care
Manage Headache and Migraine
Manage Seizure Disorders
Manage Neuropathy
Manage Movement Disorders
Manage Multiple Sclerosis
Manage Cognitive Disorders
Provide Post-Stroke Follow-Up
Review Diagnostic Imaging
Review Laboratory Results
Review Outside Medical Records
Order Appropriate Diagnostic Testing
Manage Medications
Coordinate Care With Primary Care Providers, APPs, Specialists, and Neuroscience Team Members
Complete Clinical Documentation Promptly
Manage Patient Messages
Review Test Results and Provide Appropriate Follow-Up
Provide Independent Outpatient Neurology Coverage
Work Comfortably Across Multiple Outpatient Practice Locations

Requirements
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neurology - Required
ABPN or AOBNP - Required
Active New Jersey Medical License or Willingness to Obtain - Required
Active DEA - Required for Credentialing
New Jersey CDS - Required for Credentialing
BLS - Required
Minimum 2 Years of Clinical Experience in General Neurology - Required
Ability to Provide Consistent Adult Outpatient General Neurology Coverage - Required
Ability to Commit to a Minimum of 3 Days Per Week - Required
Willingness to Rotate Among Three Outpatient Locations - Required
Cerner or Comparable EMR Experience - Preferred
