Primary Care Physician - Aero Location

Pay Rate: $350000.00 - $400000.00
Join an established reputable value-based care practice is seeking a qualified primary care physician to join its team. This position offers competitive compensation and a highly desirable quality of life while living and working in San Diego, CA. Opportunity Highlights - 350-400k annual earning potential through salary and P&L model that includes a quality bonus up to 20% of total earnings
- 2-year income guarantee. Can transition off IG at any time to maximize earnings.
- 100% outpatient position, 1:5 call (phone only)
- 1:1 MA to physician ratio, experienced support staff
- 5min from the hospital with excellent longstanding referral network for specialist
- Inpatient rounds available if interested however not required.
- Busy from day one – taking over a sizable 2000 patient panel from retiring physician
