Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: November 2, 2026 through March 1, 2027. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the Plover location (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM); Tuesday at the Portage location (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine
- Types of Cases: Occupational medicine evaluations and treatment, Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations, and DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload experience required.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Systoc
- Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); Department of Transportation (DOT) Certification required at time of bid
- Licensure Required: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (state licensure requirements not specified).
