We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment starting Sep 21, 2026, in California. Our client is a rural health FQHC facility that requires a clinician to manage all age primary care cases, handle high patient volumes, and address multiple complaints per visit during weekday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves managing a diverse patient population, including a significant number of Spanish-speaking and Medical/Medi-Cal patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages within an FQHC setting
• Manage a high volume of patients, approximately 22+ per day, within 15-minute appointment slots
• Address various medical complaints, including cold, cough, and flu
• Serve a diverse patient population, including high volumes of Spanish-speaking and Medical/Medi-Cal patients
• Navigate rural health aspects and handle multiple patient complaints during each visit
