We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 39-day assignment in New York, starting Jan 1, 2027. This role involves covering 13 am/pm shifts per month, including a mix of day and night shifts (7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am), to provide comprehensive care for ICU and IMCU patients. The practitioner will manage an average of 8-10 patients in the unit and handle 0-5 consults daily, contributing to critical care operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover 13 am/pm shifts per month in the ICU.
• Cover ICU and IMCU units, which are located on the same floor.
• Handle 0-5 consults per day, typically 1-2.
• Oversee an average of 8-10 patients in the unit.
• Collaborate with 1-2 residents during rounds on all days except Sundays.
