Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Night Call: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM
  • Weekend: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (24-hour call as needed)
  • Providers who can cover both day shifts and night call are strongly preferred. Day shift only is acceptable; night call only is not.
  • Coverage is shared among multiple locum providers. Number of shifts will vary based on availability and scheduling needs.
• Job Setting: Hospital - Inpatient/Consultative
• Types of Cases:
  • Direct patient care including consultations, admissions, and follow-up care
  • Hospital rounding
  • Collaboration with in-practice Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for consults, follow-ups, orders, and patient management
  • Coordination of care with multidisciplinary cancer team
  • Coverage when the PRN Medical Oncologist is not on-site

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible, Board Certified
• Certifications: ALS
• Licensure: Illinois license required (or ability to obtain)
