Job Overview

- Schedule: 2 weeks on 2 week off, for 5 days per week, 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch break (flexible on time) Can be flexible on the week on week off
- Duties: Procedures include spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections
- Patients Per Shift: 15
- License: WI license or IMLC
- Call: No
- EMR: Epic
