  JOB REQUIREMENTS
  

  

  
• Board: Board Certified (Required)

  
• Licenses: Active NE License (Highly Preferred) or Universal License (IMLC) (Required)

  
• Other Qualifications: Clean background/malpractice history (Highly Preferred); Availability at time of name clear (Required)

  

  Duties & Responsibilities
  

  

  
• Cover interventional radiology services at CHI Health Good Samaritan, a Level II Trauma Center.

  
• Perform a broad range of IR procedures including spine procedures, ports, biopsies, drainages, oncology interventions, kyphoplasty, and breast biopsies.

  
• Collaborate with dedicated technologists, nursing staff, and a PA to support procedures.

  
• Maintain board certification and required licensure (NE or IMLC).

  
• Ensure availability for scheduled shifts Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
