What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, respecting privacy and individual needs.
- Assess patient conditions and effectively utilize the nursing process to deliver care.
- Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
- Document patient data accurately using Epic or comparable systems.
- Adapt care approaches based on diverse patient populations.
- Assist in managing nursing team resources and promote positive patient outcomes.
What You Need:
Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years’ ICU RN experience
- Proficiency in Epic documentation
- Strong communication and judgment skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Advanced certifications in specialty areas
