What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to emergency Department patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Recognize and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
- Uphold ethical standards and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
What You Need
Required:
- Current Michigan RN license
- At least 2 years of ER or acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a high-volume emergency department
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
