What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation within Epic electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations as part of the emergency response team
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state licensing
- Minimum of 2 years of ER or similar critical care experience
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, TNCC
- Epic electronic health record experience
Preferred:
- Experience working in fast-paced emergency settings
- Ability to adapt to emergency team assignments and dynamic schedules
