SICU Registered Nurse – New Orleans, LA | Day Shift, 12-Hour Shifts

What You’ll Do:
- Provide care for high-acuity ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve replacement/repair, and aortic dissection cases
- Manage patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy
- Support transplant recovery for liver, heart, lung, kidney, and pancreas patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Float to other ICUs and SDUs as needed
- Respond effectively to emergency events and participate in relief teams when required
- Document patient care accurately in Epic Electronic Medical Records
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
- Preferably experienced in Epic and transplant ICU care
- Skilled in managing PA catheters and balloon pumps
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, with high-acuity patient care preferred
