Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care for a variety of surgical patients including Orthopedic, General, Podiatry, Gynecology/Obstetrics, Urology, Endoscopy, and Pain Management.
- Demonstrate proficiency and independence in patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, staff, and management to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain clinical competency and continue learning new skills in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and legal compliance regulations.
- Support patient advocacy and respect diverse cultural and religious beliefs.
- Promote teamwork and positive public relations within the department.
What You Need
- Required:
- RN license in New Mexico
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- 1+ years of surgical nursing experience
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Additional language skills
