What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
- Manage complex patient conditions, including lab work, EKGs, and line placements
- Operate advanced equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, Servo I ventilators, and Edwards Lifesciences cardiac monitors
- Float across ICU, ED, and PACU units, providing flexible, comprehensive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including COVID-19 isolation requirements
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely
What You Need
Required:
- Valid ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- Flexibility to float to various units, including MS/PCU
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
