What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care through new consultations and follow-up visits
- Oversee ongoing treatment plans for various hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training as necessary
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license in Wisconsin
- Prior experience in outpatient Hematology and Oncology
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Excellent communication skills with patients and team members
