What You’ll Do
- Provide anesthesia coverage for a high-volume hospital setting with 60+ cases per day across a variety of departments including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma.
- Float between multiple locations, with Moses Cone Hospital as the main site.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring patient safety and optimal care.
- Manage anesthesia for patients of all ages, with capabilities in vascular and neuro anesthesia preferred.
- Assist in maintaining anesthesia equipment and monitoring patient vitals throughout procedures.
- Participate in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and excellent clinical judgment.
What You Need
- Active North Carolina State license
- Certified as a CRNA with valid board certification
- Basic life support (BLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications
- 1–2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
- Ability to float across multiple units as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
