Responsibilities

  
• Provide inpatient urology hospitalist coverage

• Function as the sole on-site Urologist during coverage periods
    
• Deliver comprehensive urologic care in a fast-paced hospital environment
  

Provider Requirements

  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
    
• Active South Carolina Medical License
    
• Active South Carolina CSR
    
• DEA registration eligible to remain permanently registered in South Carolina
    
• Experience managing open urologic trauma cases involving the kidneys, bladder, and testicles
    
• Comfortable treating pediatric torsion cases
    
• Proficiency in both standard and advanced urologic procedures
  

Additional Information

  
• New locum providers must complete a half-day weekday orientation before the first scheduled shift
    
• Orientation must be completed on a weekday and cannot occur on weekends or holidays
