OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in Michigan | 24-Hour Call | Beginning October 14 Ongoing
Coverage Details
-- 24 hour Call shifts 7am-7am
-- Orientation typically one day prior to start
-- Three nurses scheduled per shift, midwife to assist with call Dates
--10/15 @ 7am – 10/17 @ 7am
--10/20 @ 7am – 10/21 @ 7am
--12/4 @ 7am – 12/8 @ 7am
--12/10 @ 7am – 12/11 @ 7am
--12/14 @ 7am – 12/15 @ 7am
--12/21 @ 7am – 12/23 @ 7am
--12/24 @ 7am – 12/30 @ 7am (includes Christmas Day)
Assignment Details
-- Proctoring for OBGYN is completed as cases/deliveries arise
-- Comfortability to perform circs preferred
-- D&C, Laparoscopy, Read NSTs, C-Sections, Circs, Tubal Ligations
-- Average two patients patients per hour in clinic if covering
-- Clinic schedule is M-Thurs 7:30a-4:30p and Friday 7:30a-noon
Requirements
-- Must be BC or truly BE and able to provide case logs showing 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within the last 12 month
-- ACLS, BLS, PALS, Fetal Heart Monitoring
-- Active Michigan license or IMLC
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
