Requirements
-- Board Certified General Surgery
-- Active Colorado license or Active IMLC with LOQ in hand at time of presentation
-- BLS, ACLS, ATLS
-- Active DEA required for credentialing; transferred DEA accepted and must remain active for the duration of the assignment
-- Candidate must be available for September dates to be considered for ongoing coverage
-- Candidates must disclose ongoing shift availability per month
-- Must acknowledge and complete required EMR training requirements
-- Clean malpractice/background history

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Trauma surgery coverage for a Level III Trauma Center
-- Assist with transfers
-- Assess trauma patients at the request of the ED provider
-- Admit patients as needed
-- Central line placement
-- Laparoscopy
