-- Shared call pool with APP support, 5:00 PM-7:00 AM
-- Call ratio: 1 in 5

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- BLS
-- Must be available full time
-- Active Michigan license - highly preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- FNA/Biopsy
-- Participation on a Tumor Board
-- Orders Tests
-- Orders Images
-- Prescribes

Assignment Details
-- Inpatient consult service, outpatient clinic, and infusion center
-- Adult and geriatric patient population
-- Goal for this position is to be nearly all hematology
-- Number of physicians in practice: 6
-- Radiation oncologists present during coverage: Yes
-- APP support: 5 inpatient APPs covering 2 hospitals and 6 outpatient APPs
-- Average hospital census: 10-15 patients per day
-- Average outpatient volume: 15 patients per day
-- EMR: Epic
-- This is for both malignant and benign hematology (average of >90% hematology, <10% solid tumor)
