• Types of Cases: Intake assessments for adult and adolescent patients, one-hour visits with H&P, eating disorder population
• Credentialing: Immediate

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Licensure: Alabama, Mississippi, Nevada, Tennessee, South Carolina preferred; additional state licenses highly desirable
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible (SPECIALTY), Certifications: (i.e ATLS, ACLS, BLS)
• Licensure: (i.e. Open to licensure candidates)
