Position Overview

Level III trauma center and the only full-service hospital in the region, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN. This healthcare organization has served the region for more than 75 years and cares for more than 100,000 patients annually. The practice offers a well-rounded mix of obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative environment supported by Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

Position Highlights

· Well-rounded OB/GYN practice with approximately 60% OB and 40% GYN

· 4.5 days per week in clinic with 0.5 day dedicated to GYN surgery

· Average of 20–25 patients per day

· Level III NICU with neonatology support and regional referral capabilities

· Maternal-Fetal Medicine services through Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center

· Minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery, DaVinci robotics

· Collaborative practice environment with Texas Tech faculty and residents

Compensation & Benefits

· Historical total earning potential above $800,000 annually

· $50,000 signing bonus

· 35 days PTO
