- 5 - 15 shifts per month
- 120 - 130 deliveries per month at the facility
- 0 - 4 patients on service per shift
- Hospital consults 0 - 2 per shift
- ER and GYN consults with surgical management -- 0 - 4 per shift
- Attending safety huddles and managing unassigned OB/GYN patients
- Emergency care coverage for private OB patients as needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
