Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: November
• Shift Details: 12h shifts, must be willing to rotate day/night, part-time and PRN shifts
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 5 Shifts per month
• Cases: ECMO support (patients are managed by Fellows), Intubation, Lines, Lumbar puncture, Vent mgmt..,PICC, UAC and UVC
• Skills Required: High risk deliveries experience is needed. ******Must have level 4 NICU experience w/in the past year and able to work independently/autonomously******
• Certifications Needed: BLS, PALS
• Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Peds

Licensing & Privileging:

• License: Willing to license (VA license taking approx. 8 weeks)
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 45 - 60 Days
