What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized cardiothoracic and thoracic surgical coverage
- Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Manage a range of surgical cases within your specialty
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols
- Participate in on-call rotation for scheduled coverage
- Ensure patient safety and quality standards are met throughout your shift
What You Need
Required:
- Valid licensure in the State of Minnesota
- Significant experience in cardiothoracic or thoracic surgery
Preferred:
- Prior experience in hospital or surgical settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
