• Credentialing: Privileging Timeframe: 90-120 days;

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE required â?? ABEM, ABFM, ABIM, or Surgery (ABMS/AOA recognized board); ACGME/AOA EM, IM, FM, or Surgery residency required; ABFM/ABIM require ACLS + ATLS; PALS required for non-EM boarded/eligible providers
• Licensure: Active unrestricted Ohio license and DEA required to proceed
