Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24;On Call Pay Rate: $2764.50 - $2992.50
This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Call-only coverage. Preferred coverage model is 1 physician covering 1 week per month. Coverage is provided in 24-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Coverage dates include:
- September 28, 2026- May 17, 2027 No clinic responsibilities.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital-based practice at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
- Type of Cases and Required Procedures: Electrophysiology call coverage. Volume varies based on hospital census and Electrophysiology service needs. Specific procedures not specified.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Board Certified
- Licensure Required: Illinois Medical License
