24 Hour Cardiothoracic Surgery Locums Job in Central Alabama | Seeking Thanksgiving Weekend/Week Coverage + Ongoing Weekend Coverage in 2027

Jackson & Coker is partnered with a facility in Alabama that needs Thanksgiving coverage this year. The client has ongoing needs of 1-2 weekends per quarter that you'll also have the first right of refusal to. Are you available?

Dates of Coverage Needed:
--Orientation to be scheduled the morning of your first shift
--7am 11/25 - 7am 11/30 (Thanksgiving weekend) 

Details/Requirements for Assignment #116920:
-- Location: One hour from Montgomery, Alabama
-- Active Alabama license required - we can license in 2 hours if you have IMLC 
-- Board Certification or true Board Eligibility required
-- 24-hour inpatient call coverage only; Will be covering the ED 
-- Current staff: 1 CT Surgeon (covering to allow him to have time off)
-- Must be willing to working alongside new surgeon & offer guidance as needed (when working alongside of staffed Surgeon)
-- Inpatient APP support + first assist 
-- Level 3 Trauma Center, Cerner EMR
-- Approximately 280 CV Surgeries annually 
-- Quick & easy privileging at this facility
