- Associate Center Clinical Director role with direct patient care and leadership duties
- Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in an outpatient setting
- Manage a patient panel focused on older adults with acute and chronic conditions
- On-site services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Doppler, Echo, and EKG
- Additional on-site capabilities include spirometry, nerve conduction studies, and blood work
- Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
- Group practice employment with strong clinical-operations culture and team support
