- 4 days in office, 1 day working from home
- Manageable patient load of 16 - 18 patients per day
- 32 patient contact hours per week
- Virtual team handles call -- no after-hours burden
- Full-spectrum outpatient care for all ages

- Board-certified family medicine physician with outpatient experience required
