Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: $30–$38 per hour (depending on experience)
- Mileage reimbursement for extensive territory coverage
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days; additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments for pediatric respiratory needs
- Provide clinical education on respiratory equipment and devices
- Adjust ventilator and respiratory support settings per physician directives
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex respiratory therapy equipment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow-up with patients
- Support pediatric respiratory discharges and emergency on-call duties
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety
What You Need
- Active Arizona RRT or RN licensure
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 65 lbs
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home healthcare or hospital settings
- Pediatric respiratory services background
- Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment management
