Quick Facts


  • Location: Southborough, MA (serving Boston metropolitan area)

  • Start Date: 09/02/2026

  • Duration: 2 weeks (with opportunity for extension)

  • Shift: Days, 8:30am–5:00pm

  • Hours/week: 40

  • Travel/On-Call: 1 week every 4-6 weeks

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT or RN licensure, Valid driver’s license

  • Experience: Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience required





Pay & Benefits


  • Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do


  • Manage ventilator patients in pediatric and ALS care settings

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and adjust treatment plans

  • Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and care needs

  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot complex respiratory devices

  • Maintain detailed documentation of interventions and patient progress

  • Provide on-call consultations to support patient needs outside regular hours

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes





What You Need


Required:



  • Active RRT or RN licensure

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience with pediatric and/or ALS ventilation management

  • Proficiency with equipment download software

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Preferred:



  • Home respiratory care experience

  • Knowledge of advanced respiratory equipment and software (e.g., Care Orchestrator, Astral)

  • Continual learner mindset





About the Assignment


This role entails managing complex ventilation in pediatric and ALS patients within a reputable healthcare organization serving the Boston area. You will be a key clinical resource, supporting equipment setup, patient assessments, and caregiver education, all while working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality respiratory care.
