- Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT or RN licensure, Valid driver’s license
- Experience: Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience required
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Manage ventilator patients in pediatric and ALS care settings
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and care needs
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot complex respiratory devices
- Maintain detailed documentation of interventions and patient progress
- Provide on-call consultations to support patient needs outside regular hours
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Active RRT or RN licensure
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with pediatric and/or ALS ventilation management
- Proficiency with equipment download software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Home respiratory care experience
- Knowledge of advanced respiratory equipment and software (e.g., Care Orchestrator, Astral)
- Continual learner mindset
