What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient assessments in-home to evaluate respiratory needs
- Provide education on equipment use and setup, focusing on NIV and other respiratory devices
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment function during patient visits
- Perform equipment setups and ensure proper operation
- Communicate findings and patient updates to physicians
- Document services accurately and completely
- Support patient compliance and therapy understanding in their home environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Ability to perform respiratory assessments and equipment setup
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
Preferred:
- Prior home health or respiratory experience
- Knowledge of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) equipment
