What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced critical care for adult and geriatric patients in ICU settings
- Monitor and manage ventilators, IV starts, and complex medication regimens
- Perform and assist with procedures such as pulmonary artery catheter placement, chest tubes, and central venous access
- Administer oncology treatments, chemotherapy, and conduct clinical trials
- Utilize electronic charting systems, including Epic, for accurate documentation
- Respond to patient emergencies like ARDS, sepsis, COPD exacerbations, and respiratory failures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license or pending license approval
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a similar setting
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIH
Preferred:
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and IV therapy
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
