JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board certification required
  
• Licenses: Active Ohio NP license (or ability to obtain)
  
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required
  
• Experience: Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
  
• Other Qualifications: TB and Flu clearance per credentialing standards
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide independent evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of emergency department patients within NP/PA scope.
  
• Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care in a 17-bed ED with 25,000-26,000 annual visits.
  
• Perform 12-hour shifts covering morning, evening, and night hours as scheduled.
  
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
  
• Document patient encounters in EMR system and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
