What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality inpatient care for adult patients within a Level 3 trauma-capable facility
- Respond to codes and rapid response calls
- Collaborate with unit staff, ED team, and surgeons to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage an average of 15-20 adult inpatients daily
- Support discharge planning with case management team
- Maintain thorough documentation using Cerner Community Works EMR
- Participate in weekend coverage schedule
What You Need
- Active Vermont medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- At least 1+ years of hospitalist or inpatient experience
- Strong clinical skills in adult inpatient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
